PROMETRIC CNA TEST RESULTS LICENSE

Once you complete the the basic profile application pay for the test fee with either credit card or debit card.

The dates will be shown on the NHA website. They are 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.

Our school has two tests dates every month.

Pick the location where you want to take the test (Access Careers, Hempstead or Access Careers, Islandia).

It will ask you to set up an NHA account with your information.

Go to the bottom of the page choose which NHA certification your taking.

You do not have to retake the CNA program. If you feel confident you do not have to take any classes again. Call Prometric and deal directly with them to schedule your exam. If you have no proof that you worked in the two (2) years, then you must take both parts of the exam again.

If your employer shows proof of employment, Prometric will re-new your license. If you can prove to them that you have worked 12 hours in a Registered Health Care Facility (RHCF) in the past 2 years, you do not have to re-take any exams or classes.

If your CNA license has lapsed and you need to renew it you must call Prometric directly. Print out the application and bring it to the school so that the CNA Coordinator can complete and sign the section which verifies that you completed the 125 hour program at our school. Sign on to the Prometric Website to fill out the application by clicking on the link belowĤ. IF YOU DID IT CORRECTLY IT WILL ONLY SHOW THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. IF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER SHOWS UP COMPLETELY YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG.
